Documents required for Placement

As per regulations laid down by the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare & Overseas Employment, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The following Documents are required from a foreign employer’s to enable the agent to proceed with the recruitment.
- Visa advice: issued by the concerned authority of employer’s country.
- Demand Letter: Mentioning Salary, Duty hours, Food, Accommodation and other benefit provided by the employer’s
- Power of Attorney: Authorizing to us as concerning arrangements and to sign all the necessary documents on behalf of employer’s
- Agreement between Employer and Employee.
- Affidavit/Sworn Statement.
- Agency Agreement.
All documents should attested by the Chamber of Commerce or Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Bangladesh Mission in the Employer Country.
Despatch Schedule:
- 2-3 Days for recruiting permission from Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare & Overseas Employment, Govt. of the people’s republic of Bangladesh
- Arrangement of International Passport & selection 5-15 days.
- Medical fitness certificate 3-6 days.
- Visa Stamp from the concern Embassy in Bangladesh 7-10 days.
- Clearance from Bureau of Manpower Employment & Training (BMET) 2/3 days.
- Ticketing & Departure 2-7 days.
