M/S Palash Trade International (Pvt.) Ltd. Operates “Employment Opportunities Services Desk”, at its office where registration is done. It also maintains and update records of job seekers.
The company operates “Bio-Data bank” where details information of individual is recorded, this would help to sort out right people for the right job, and also the company conducts a short departure orientation session to all the selected candidates before their departure. This session will help them to understand company’s policies, country’s rules and regulation, Culture, Airport Procedures and all do’s and don’t.
M/S Palash Trade international (Pvt.) Ltd. Conducts intensive job related refresher training to the selected candidates before departure in order to enable them to perform their job effectively and professionally and also acquire adequate competencies.
